Slinkset Help: Google Reader "Send to" Slinkset

Google Reader "Send to" Slinkset

Google Reader has a "Send to" feature with a bunch of pre-set destinations (including Posterous), the others can be created in "custom setup".

Would anyone know the string to enter in the URL field to be able to post to Slinkset?

Google help provides these elements:
If your favorite site isn't listed above, you can add it manually. The following substitutions are applied to the URL:
${source}The source of the item
${title}The title of the item
${url}The URL of the item
${short-url}A shortened URL that redirects to the item
